CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - An H1N1 vaccination clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 31, at the Cleveland Heights Community Center, 1 Monticello Blvd. Parking is available in the Superior parking lot.

Vaccinations are free and the clinic is open to everyone. No insurance or residential requirements are necessary.

For faster service, pre-registration at www.ccbh.net is encouraged, or call the Cuyahoga County Board of Health at (216) 201-2001, option 5. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can fill out the paperwork at the clinic.
