CLEVELAND HEIGHTS , OH – As part of an ongoing effort to assist families transitioning to new elementary schools for the 2007-2008 school year, a series of video narratives was produced entitled “Welcome to Elementary School.” The series airs daily on Time Warner Cable Channel 22 and features parents, students, teachers, and principals discussing what makes each school a special learning community.
