Student achievement is the number one goal at Oxford Elementary School.  The Oxford staff is committed to working with each other, parents, and students to form powerful partnerships that raise student achievement. The teaching staff regularly participates in professional development activities that enhance regular classroom instruction. Teachers recognize the importance of using classroom data to guide and differentiate student instruction. All children have the right and responsibility to learn, to acquire the tools of problem solving and decision making, to respect and accept the differences within themselves, and to contribute positively to the home, school, and community. At Oxford, we believe that since all children can learn, all children will learn.
