Community Dialogue
  • Purpose:  To share information with the community, and gain maximum input and consensus on future direction

  • Participants sit at round tables of eight in an area large enough to hold up to 500+ people, with clear site lines.

Criteria
  • Begin with opening remarks and background presentation on the District
  • Attendees respond to critical questions individually and in small groups
  • Small groups record their responses on large wall charts
  • Facilitator reviews the wall charts as part of closing remarks


  • Everyone who attends and provides their email or mailing address will receive a copy of the results


  • Web version of the questionnaire will be posted on the District’s website for one week
