Kids Café Afternoon Snack Program
Monday-Friday in January, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. at the Noble Neighborhood Branch, 2800 Noble Road
Youth between the ages of 0-18 can stop in for a free, nutritious meal courtesy of the Cleveland Foodbank. No snack service on days the CHUH school district is closed.
Reading & Rescues
Saturday, February 11, 1 – 3 p.m. at the Lee Road branch, 2345 Lee Road
Looking for a new best friend? How about a great new book? The library and Cleveland APL are partnering up again to bring you both! Come for an afternoon of stories, crafts, and pets looking for a home of their own.

Homework Help and Reading Buddies
Thursdays in February, 4-6 p.m. at the Lee Road branch, 2345 Lee Road
Kids in grades K-5 can get help with homework or a class project, or practice their reading skills with a buddy! No registration needed, kids can just drop in. Takes place in the Storytelling Room in the children’s area.
The Jabberwocky: Live Theater Performance
Sunday, February 26, 2 – 4:30 p.m. at the Lee Road branch, 2345 Lee Road
Two students band together after being bullied by classmates. On the run, they follow a secret map and escape to the Tulgey Wood - where they meet a king who begs them to save his people from the fearsome Jabberwocky. Presented by Great Lakes Theater, based on the poem by Lewis Carroll. K-grade 5.

African-American Read In

Celebrate the voices of African American authors. Bring a short selection from an African American writer to share, or simply be part of the audience. Teens can drop by every weekday afternoon from 3:30-5:30 to hang out with your friends, play games and have fun! Grades 6-12.
Teen Afternoon Spot
Mon- Fri, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Lee Road branch, 2345 Lee Road
Play video games, participate in tabletop gaming, watch anime, and more! Every weekday from 3-6 p.m. the teen room is reserved for teens in middle school and high school, so stop on in and see what we have going on.
