Student-Athlete Physicals Scheduled For July 21 & 29
July 13, 2016 -- Physical exams for Heights High and middle school student-athletes are scheduled for Thursday, July 21, at 6:30 p.m. and Friday, July 29, at 4:00 p.m.
The physicals will be completed at the football stadium in Pod C (visitor’s locker room).
Parents are asked to fill out and sign all portions of the physical exam form prior to the doctor filling out his portion.
The physical exams will be $10.00, cash only.
All student-athletes are required by the OHSAA to complete an annual physical exam before participating in athletics.
Fall Sports Practice Information:
- Football - Practice begins August 1 at high school football stadium at 8:00 am
- Volleyball - Practice begins August 1 at the high school gym from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm; Try-outs run from August 1-3
- Boys Soccer - Practice begins August 1 Denison Park at 10:00 am
- Girls Soccer - Practice begins August 1 Denison Park at 8:00 am
- Cheerleading - Practice begins August 2 at the high school from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Girls Tennis - Practice begins August 1 at Cain Park from 3:45 pm – 5:45 pm
- Boys & Girls Cross Country - Preseason conditioning started July 12. Weekdays at 9:00 am at Forest Hills Park (meet under the canopy)
- Boys & Girls Golf - Practice begins August 1-4 at Highland Park GC, 8:30 am - 11:30 am
- Field Hockey - Practice announcement to be determined
