CH-UH City School District

June 22, 2016 – The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education held its monthly work session on Tuesday in University Heights. The main topic of the session was board policies, but the Board also acted on regular business during the meeting.

Below are the highlights from the meeting. Please check back later for the complete video of the meeting.

Board Policies
The main topic of the work session was the first reading of Board Policies, including revised, new, updated and added policies. Most of the policies are from NEOLA, which provides school districts with a complete service for developing and updating policies, guidelines and forms.

The Board reviewed 53 different policies and discussed a number of them in detail. The Board will hear a second reading of the policies at its next regular meeting on July 12.
