Superintendent Dr. Talisa L. Dixon presented a First 100 Days report, accompanied with a video, at the December 16 Board Meeting at the Delisle Options Center.

The report outlined several goals within the first 100 days, including:
Gaining District Oversight by gathering appropriate and complete information
Identifying and clearing understanding the District's challenges
Determining priorities and responsibilities
Developing effective relationships
Engaging the community during the transition and hosting opportunities to meet District students and staff.
