BSHM Architects updated the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education on renovation plans for Heights High at the January 20 Board Work Session at the Delisle Center.
The Design Team presentation included:
A report on the January 14 presentation given to the Cleveland Heights Planning Commission
The current plan and site development for the "Gateway" building adjacent to the stadium
The most recent plan and site plan for the Career Technical Education (CTE) spaces at Delisle Center

The Team answered questions from the Board of Education, primarily concerning the Gateway building and the exterior materials proposed for Heights High.
The next steps for the Design Team are to:
- Continue developing the exterior plans of the High School
- Continue development of MEPT (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing technology) systems, structural design, civil design
- Schedule the next round of meetings with user working groups (groups such as teachers and students)
- Continue development of the Delisle master plan and auto tech spaces at Delisle
- Continue development of the Gateway building design (at Cedar and Lee Roads, adjacent to Tiger Stadium)
- Meet with Cleveland Heights police and planning department to discuss traffic flow at Heights High
