The Tri-Heights Consortium held its annual Career Tech Fair on Thursday and packed the gym at Heights High School. Sophomores from CHHS, Shaker Heights High and Warrensville Heights High attended the event to learn more about the Career and Technical Education programs offered by the Consortium, which is operated by CHHS.

These are two-year programs that begin in the student’s junior year and involve a two-period class for that offers hands-on skill development and in some programs, certification opportunities.

Current CTE students orchestrated the career fair and presented on their respective programs to interested attendees.

One CTE program had a special visitor before the career fair on Thursday.
