Reaching Heights Music Camp Concert June 16
June 11, 2018 -- The public is invited to enjoy the finale concert of the Reaching Heights Summer Music Camp Orchestra at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 16 in the auditorium at Heights Middle School. Doors open at 10:15 a.m.
The performance will feature more than 80 rising 4th through 8th graders under the direction of Daniel Heim, orchestra director of Heights High School. The music camp provides inspired young musicians a week of intensive immersion in music exploration, assisted by 20 high school mentors and 20 professional musicians.
This is the 15th year that Reaching Heights has offered this enrichment opportunity in partnership with the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District. The camp receives funds from Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and several generous individual donors.
