July 17, 2018 -- Girl Scouts of North East Ohio will host an early registration event on July 19 for families of girls entering kindergarten. It's taking place at the Cuyahoga County Public Library - South Euclid/Lyndhurst branch at 4 p.m.

Every girl who attends will enjoy a snack and a make-and-take craft, while learning some Girl Scout traditions. Each girl who's registered onsite will go home with her first fun patch, a welcome certificate, and a Girl Scout folder to start the school year.

Plus, if she becomes a member in July, she will receive free admission to Girl Scout Day at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on September 15.
