VIDEO: Heights Performing Arts Camp 2018

Aug. 7, 2018 -- Watch testimonials from the young actors, playwrights and crew who took part in the Heights Performing Arts Camp, a summer theater camp for CH-UH fifth and sixth graders.
The HPAC was formed in 2016, when Building Rox members Lance Godard, Jen Holland and India Jordan-Meesig approached Celeste Cosentino and Ian Hinz of Ensemble Theatre to pitch the idea of a camp. Cosentino and Hinz embraced the idea, and were able to take the vision provided by Building Rox and give it a structure and a home at Ensemble Theatre. Together, they approached Lake Erie Ink (LEI) to provide writing instruction and guidance to the students.
This year, the camp's second, it has doubled in size. The three-week camp culminated in an August 4 performance at Cain Park.
