June 19, 2017 -- Physical exams for Heights High School and Heights Middle School fall sports student-athletes are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, June 27-28, at 5:30 p.m.

The physicals will be completed at the football stadium in Pod C (visitor’s locker room). The physical exams are $15.00, cash only.

OHSAA has moved to an electronic physical exam form portal this year. Parents are asked to fill out the form online or, if needed, complete the hard copy version of the physical exam form prior to the doctor filling out his portion.

All student-athletes are required by the OHSAA to complete an annual physical exam before participating in athletics.
