Heights Grad is American Ninja Warrior
July 19, 2017 -- Cleveland Heights High School alumnus Mike Bernardo ('99) is competing on NBC's American Ninja Warrior, appearing on last week's Cleveland Qualifiers episode.
Bernardo has competed in every season of American Ninja Warrior since season 2. On the July 10 show, he made it through the obstacle course in 3:47.59, with his father watching in the crowd. The episode was taped in Public Square back in May.
Bernardo is a firefighter/paramedic and lives in Washington, D.C.
