Letter from Interim Coordinator Chris Cook
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As Dr. Williams takes the helm as the Interim Superintendent of CH-UH Schools, I am humbled to be selected to lead the Options Program in his absence. As a founding member of the Options team, I am committed to continuing the work of creating an environment that allows students to explore the true power that lies within them. It is important to me that students and staff feel as little disruption as possible in this transition.
This is my 21st year in the CH-UH School District and my 8th year with the Options Program. Prior to Options, I spent 13 years at Monticello Middle School as a teacher, coach and athletic director. I was the athletic director at Roxboro Middle School for two years. I served as the middle school summer school principal for five years.
I am very proud of the students and staff here at Options, and look forward to working with them each and every day. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with your child.
