March 12, 2018 -- CH-UH Superintendent Dr. Talisa Dixon hosted her annual State of Our Schools address on Feb. 21, 2018. Dr. Dixon highlighted the District’s recent accomplishments and goals for the upcoming year at the event which was co-hosted by PTA Council.

Each of the District’s schools were on hand prior to Dr. Dixon’s address to showcase their students and their programs. Community members were able to walk throughout the cafeteria and visit with the students and staff at each school’s table.

The Heights High men’s and women’s barbershoppers opened the address with a few numbers, beginning with a song in the cafeteria before moving on-stage in the auditorium.

Heights High senior Yidiayah Box introduced Dr. Dixon. PTA Council President Jen Holland hosted an audience Q&A with Dr. Dixon following the superintendent’s speech.
