March 2, 2018 -- Last September, the president of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), Randi Weingarten, visited Boulevard Elementary School to kick off the Essentials for Kids Fund and First Book in the CH-UH School District. AFT produced a video from its visit at Boulevard featuring principal Michael Jenkins and fifth grade teacher Kristy Minnillo.
