IDEA-B Non-public School Group Consultation

Description:
The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District will provide a group
consultation to all participating non-public schools within the District, to include parent
representation. The group consultation is in compliance with 34 CFR §300.134 and OAC
3301-51- 08 (F). The consultation process among the LEA, private school officials, and
representatives of parents of parentally-placed private school children with disabilities,
will include how the process will operate throughout the school year to ensure that
parentally-placed children with disabilities identified through the child find process can
meaningfully participate in special education and related services. As part of the group
consultation, the funding model for fiscal 2019 (2018-2019 school year) will be
reviewed.
