April 19, 2017 -- CH-UH has published for the first time a Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR), which is meant to provide a clear snapshot of the district finances and easily show taxpayers where their money is being spent.
It is the District's goal to be as transparent as possible when it comes to financial reporting. CH-UH has a long history of publishing award-winning Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR), but this new publication should provide a more easily-understandable picture of the District's finances.
