Sept. 6, 2017 -- The CH-UH School District and the City of Cleveland Heights are teaming up to collect school supplies for the Houston Independent School District, whose families were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Community members are invited to bring new school supplies and backpacks to the Heights High School Grand Opening on Sunday, Sept. 10. Collection bins will be available to drop off the supplies, which will then be sent to Houston to aid families in need.
The newly-renovated Heights High will be open for the community from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday with a dedication ceremony beginning at 2:30 p.m. Click here for more details about the event.
