Board of Education Work Session Recap
CH-UH City School DistrictMay 17, 2017 -- The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education held its monthly work session on Tuesday evening in University Heights. The meeting included a presentation from the Gifted Task Force with its findings and recommendations after an extensive evaluation of the District's offerings.

Toia Robinson, the Coordinator of Gifted and Fine Arts, led the Task Force which included 22 District parents and 10 gifted classroom teachers. 

The Task Force presented its recommendations to the Board of Education to expand the District's gifted and enrichment offerings. Video of the presentation will be posted online later this month.

The state of Ohio recently changed its policy for Operating Standards for Identifying and Serving Students Who are Gifted.
