May 16, 2017 -- Essence and Will Griggs, siblings who attend Monticello and Noble, both performed at the "A Night of Elegance" recital on May 6 at Cuyahoga Community College.
Essence, who's in seventh grade at Monticello Middle School, performed "Walking" by Mary Mary on the keyboard, and Noble Elementary fifth grader Will played the drums to "Desperado" by Rhianna.
Essence and Will are students at the
Carthon Conservatory, a nonprofit that offers instrumental and vocal music lessons, along with
college preparatory courses in music theory and history.
