Feb. 13, 2018 -- The Heights Middle School Instrumental Music Department has several performances on the calendar, including public concerts at the library and performing the national anthem at a Cleveland Indians game.

Select Orchestra and Band students will perform at Noble Road Library in preparation for Greater Cleveland Solo and Ensemble. Students were hand selected by the directors, Mr. Jeff Altonen, Mr. Daniel Heim, Mrs. Katie Holaway, and Mr. Paul Hungerford. Thank you to the parent booster organizations, ROBO and FOMM, in scheduling these programs.

Orchestra and Band students in grades 6 through 8 will perform in the Greater Cleveland Solo and Ensemble Contest hosted by Hathaway-Brown.

HMS Orchestra students will perform the National Anthem at a Cleveland Indians game. The orchestra submitted an audition tape in early January and recently received their invitation to perform. This is the second time CHUH orchestra students will perform at Progressive Field.
