Cleveland Heights - University Heights City School District

The Canterbury Tigers did an outstanding job at the District Chess Tournament, hosted by Canterbury PTA.  The following students participated from Canterbury School: Chris Cotton, Tony Fatica, Caden Howell, Jessica Monahan, Ethan Pollak, Hannah Pollak, Anna Turner, Emma Vail, Lisa Ware, Danny Ware, Max Young, and Will Young. Max Young placed 1st in the Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Will Young placed 2nd in the overall 3rd through 5th Grade. Emma Vail placed 5th in the overall 3rd through 5th grade. Canterbury's team won the overall in district for Kindergarten through 2nd grade.  Great job Canterbury!
