Canterbury Singing Tigers

December 5, 2011
Cleveland Heights, OH

The Canterbury Singing Tigers is an auditioned choir of students who have expressed a strong desire to sing. While it is an auditioned group, the main requirement to be a part of the group is a passion for singing and sharing the gift of music with others. This year, the Singing Tigers have been and will be involved in several performances around Cleveland Heights. On November 3rd and 5th, the Singing Tigers joined the middle school and high school singers in a fabulous production of the Sound of Music. Today, December 9th, they will be featured guest performers at the Cleveland Heights High School's winter vocal music concert. Finally, just before our Winter Break, on December 22nd, we will be spending a special day performing around the community. We will be going to Homewood Residence at Rockefeller Gardens, the Cleveland Heights Library, Zagara’s Marketplace, and finally to Judson at University Circle. Students will be performing a mini-musical about the wonder of the seasons called "Winter Fantasy." We are all very excited!
