Jump Rope for Heart

This year’s Jump Rope for Heart has an additional way to raise funds for this worthwhile fundraiser. Mrs. Connor- Kuntz has offered students a chance to design “heart message cards” to accompany donations to the fundraiser. Twenty five card designs will be selected to create a class set. Each student designed card will credit the designer on the back. The inside of the cards reads: “Roses are red, violets are blue, exercise your heart, it’s good for you!” This will be followed by a statement that the card was provided by a donation to Jump Rope for Heart, and thanking the recipient for being a heart hero. Orders will be taken between February 1st-10th and will be delivered by Monday, February 13. A class set of 25 cards cost $5.00, plus $1.00 for each additional 5 cards ordered. For families who celebrate Valentine’s Day, this may fulfill your card shopping list. Checks may be payable to AHA/JRFH and cash is accepted as well. Our students will be busy jump roping during the first two weeks of February as well as supporting heart health!
