    2011 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Scheduling
The Counselors at Wiley completed 5th to 6th grade scheduling last week.  This week, they will be busily completing 6th to 7th grade scheduling, and next week 7th to 8th.  Letters home regarding recommendations a elective choices will be in the mail shortly thereafter.

    8th to 9th Grade Scheduling
Small School Selection sheets will be mailed to homes on Monday, January 31.  These will need to be immediately returned, by Monday, Feb. 7,  to the Wiley counselors in order for the student to have a choice in their small schools.    There is a presentation for parents by the Small School Principals at the high school auditorium on Wednesday, February 3 at 7:00.    Please plan to attend in order to better understand the small schools and make an informed decision about which small school is best for your child.

Counselors will be working with the 8th grade students the last 2 weeks of February in order to help them prepare for high school and choose their electives for 9th grade.  8th grade
recommendations with elective choices will be sent home by letter later in February.
