Facilities Reservation Instructions
The Board of Education believes that school premises should be made available for community purposes, provided that such use does not infringe on the original and necessary purpose of the property or interfere with the educational program of the schools.
Click here to be directed to the Facilities Reservation login page. CH-UH employees will log in using their District Google account.
Community members will need to create an account in order to log in and submit a facilities reservation request. On the login page, click the link that says "Need an account?" (a screenshot is below). You will be directed to a short registration form.
Notes:

Remember to upload your Insurance Liability Policy of $1,000,000 or you will not be approved.

If the school is closed during the school fiscal year you cannot book your event at that time.
