Catering Requests
Food Services catering requests may be made online and sent via email.
Please see the catering menu by following the link below as well as the online catering request form. The online form is a Word document that should be submitted by e-mail to catering@chuh.org. Catering requests should be received no later than 3 days prior to event. Please call the Food Services Office at 216-320-2007 with any questions.
