Adams Fontanez Receives National Administrative Professionals Award
Rosalyn Adams Fontanez, Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District Executive Operations Strategist, has received the Strategic Partner Award from the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP).

According to ASAP, this award recognizes executive administrators who shape and elevate executive partnerships through strategic thinking, influence, and trusted collaboration.

In her nomination, a colleague shared that Adams Fontanez’s work has cultivated “a culture of leadership accountability, strengthened cabinet alignment, and elevated expectations for how leaders prepare, communicate, and execute their work.”

“I've learned that strategic partnership isn't just about proximity to leadership or just supporting a leader. It's about helping that leader achieve the goals that move the organization forward,” said Adams Fontanez.

Adams Fontanez received the award at the Administrative Professionals Conference in Nashville, Tennessee in September.
