March 14, 2019 -- The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education has selected Elizabeth Kirby as the district’s next superintendent. The Board voted unanimously at a special meeting on Thursday to offer the position to Ms. Kirby.

Feb. 25, 2019 -- The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education will bring in four finalists for the position of Superintendent on March 4, 6, 7, and 8. The community is invited to participate in the interview process by attending a meet-and-greet each evening from 6-7 p.m. at the Heights Middle School Wiley Campus cafeteria.

Jan. 31, 2019 -- Longtime district administrator and current Coordinator of Alternative Programming at the Options Center Dr. Brian Williams has been named the Interim Superintendent to lead the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District when current Superintendent Dr. Talisa Dixon departs in March.

Jan. 7, 2019 -- The search for the next superintendent of the CH-UH City School District is in full swing. The Board of Education began the process in November and expects to interview finalists in February. In order to inform its search, the Board of Education held community focus groups in December.
