Support Resources from HHS Social Workers
Apr. 1, 2020 -- The Heights High Social Workers have created a Heights High Support Resources website with resources that include mindfulness/meditation videos - including a Train Your Mind video by Lebron James, music for studying or relaxing, and mental health and medical resources.
The site also includes a message from each social workers, Allison Craig (tenth grade and students with last names A-L in eleventh grade), Kristin Dadas (twelfth grade and students with last names M-Z in eleventh grade), and Caryl Yoo (ninth grade).
