Poetry Slam & Workshops - January 30
January 15, 2020 -- The Heights Library will host a Teen Poetry Slam on Thursday, January 30, 6:00 p.m. at the Lee Road Branch. The event is open to all high school students.
Students who are interested can register for the event and should prepare three or more poems.
Poetry Slam workshops are offered for all teens who are interested in competing in the Poetry Slam event. Workshops are:
January 16 & 30, 3:00 p.m., Heights High Media Center, refreshments served
January 16 & 23, 3:30 p.m. at the Lee Road Library
The Poetry Slam is sponsored by The Heights Library, Lake Erie Inc and Heights High.
