Registration Open For K-5 Student Support & Supervision Program

September 21, 2020

Dear CH-UH Elementary Families,

Beginning Tuesday, September 29, the District and our before and after care provider, Right at School, will offer a daytime supervision and support program for grades K-5. This service will take place at our Wiley campus, 2181 Miramar Boulevard. It will be available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In this program, adults will supervise children as they engage in online learning. It is not a tutoring program, but a support for families. Staff will ensure that students follow social distancing guidelines, wear their masks, and can access their virtual learning platforms. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be delivered each day for students.

The full price is $45 a day. However, the program is eligible for a child care subsidy (which more than 80% of District families are eligible to receive) and the Heights Schools Foundation is also offering financial support for copays and enrollment fees. We estimate the cost for most of our families will ultimately be between $0 and $20 per day.

Please use this link to register for the K-5 supervision and support program.

If you have any questions, please direct them to Michele James, Right at School Area Manager, at 216-218-5903 or [email protected].

Sincerely,
Superintendent Liz Kirby
