June 28, 2024 -- Toni White has been officially named the Principal of Oxford Elementary School, effective July 29, 2024. The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education approved the hiring of White at the June 27 Board meeting.

White has been with the CH-UH City School District since 2009. She has served the District as a Title I lead teacher, instructional coach, substitute principal, and most recently as assistant principal of Oxford Elementary School. She began her career as a teacher at Our Lady of Peace in Cleveland.

“Ms. White is a caring, data-focused instructional leader with a passion for ensuring student success,” said Superintendent Liz Kirby. “As the newest of our school district’s two Community Learning Center sites and pilot site for our Vision to Learn partnership, Oxford is really a shining star in Tiger Nation. I am excited to see Ms. White continue this momentum.”

White holds a master’s degree in educational technology and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, both from Notre Dame College.

“Oxford is like home to me, and I am honored and humbled to lead its wonderful students and staff in my new role,” said White. “Together, we will keep moving our school forward.”
