Greetings to the Students and Families of the Class of 2028,

Welcome to Heights High School! My name is LaChaunne Perry and I am excited to be your cohort principal! At Heights, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve their fullest potential. Our school offers a wide range of challenging courses, academic supports, extracurricular activities and clubs, career and technical education programs, and more! These opportunities have been designed to empower students with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in high school and prepare for college and career. We understand that the transition to high school can be both exciting and challenging, and we are committed to walking alongside each student and family every step of the way.

To help ease the transition to Heights High, we will hold the “Heading To Heights” Freshman Orientation from August 5 - 8 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. and a Freshman Celebration on August 9 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for students and families.

Students and their parents will attend a one-day session from August 5 - 8 based on the student’s last name.The Student Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. The Parent Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Monday, August 5: Students and Parents of Students with Last Names A-E

Tuesday, August 6: Students and Parents of Students with Last Names F-K

Wednesday, August 7: Students and Parents of Students with Last Names L-R

Thursday, August 8: Students and Parents of Students with Last Names S-Z

Registration will take place at the Main Entrance (Door 1) from 8:15 - 8:55 a.m.

All students and parents are then invited to attend the Freshman Celebration on Friday, August 9 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for an interactive assembly and class photo.
