Dec. 7, 2021 -- The MetroHealth System and the CH-UH City School District will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for children 5-18 years old on Monday, December 13. The clinic will take place at the Wiley Campus (2181 Miramar Boulevard) from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The clinic is open to the community. Registration is required; please call 440-592-6843 to register. Youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian day of clinic. 

The Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for anyone 5 and older, will be administered. The vaccine is free to receive.

Your child will automatically be scheduled for their second dose appointment once they receive their first dose. The second dose clinic will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
