Heights High Artists Featured in Virtual Show
June 17, 2020 -- Sixty-two Heights High artists are featured in the Heights Arts student-curated virtual show, Community.

Heights Arts exhibition interns and Heights High students Ava Collier, class of 2020, and Zelda Thayer-Hansen, class of 2021 worked together to co-curate and produce the exhibition.

In this show, the curators and student artists share a glimpse of what community means to them.

“During such times of hardship and isolation, it is still so important to continue to join the community together and appreciate the work that local students have put into their art,” said Zelda.

Heights Arts is a nonprofit community arts organization in the Cedar Lee area that contributes to the region’s artistic vitality by showing regional artists at Heights Arts Gallery, facilitating public art and design projects, presenting chamber music and community concerts in intimate settings and public spaces, supporting the Cleveland Heights Poet Laureate, and holding workshops in the arts.
