July 23, 2019 (via Collinwood Observer) -- Cleveland Clinic announced the promotion of Teresa E. Dews, M.D., as president of Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital.
Before being named president of Euclid Hospital, Dr. Dews held several leadership positions including Chief Medical Officer at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital and vice chair of Cleveland Clinic’s Pain Management Department. She previously served as director of Cleveland Clinic’s Outpatient Pain Management Center and as Quality Review Officer for the Department of Pain Management in the Anesthesiology Institute. Additionally, Dr. Dews has been involved in medical student and physician education and is a clinical associate professor of anesthesiology in the CWRU Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. She has been recognized as one of Northern Ohio Live's “Top Doctors,” selected as a member of Kaleidoscope magazine's “Forty Club” and inducted into Cleveland Heights High School's Alumni Hall of Fame. Dr. Dews graduated from CHHS in 1980.
Euclid Hospital is a 371-bed hospital offering a complete continuum of care including one of the region's leading outpatient rehabilitation and orthopaedic centers.
