Dec. 1, 2020 -- Family Connections offers resources to support families of kindergarten students as they navigate the transition from pre-k to kindergarten. During the fall, Family Connections sponsored several events to support families such as Start School Strong, Home to School Transitions, and Parent and Caregiver Meetups.
In partnership with CH-UH Libraries and other community organizations, Family Connections provides monthly family fun and kindergarten level activities for the entire family. Family Connections’ coaches are available to virtually support families in keeping their Kindergartener on track with reading by providing online games and activities. Coaches also provide virtual group support and individual support for families.
