Playwriting Workshop at Lake Erie Ink
Jan. 23, 2017 -- Lake Erie Ink will host a playwriting workshop on January 28. Students will have the opportunity to submit their work to the annual Marilyn Bianchi Kids Playwriting Festival.
The workshop will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Dobama Theater, located at 2340 Lee Road in Cleveland Heights. Students can learn from Dobama playwright Catie O'Keefe. The cost is $5 at the door.
The Marilyn Bianchi Kids Playwriting Festival is set for June 2-5. This is the 39th year for the festival, which encourages kids to experience the joy of participating in live theater. Last year, three CH-UH students' plays were selected for the festival.
