Fundraiser for Sister School at Ten Thousand Villages
Nov. 14, 2016 -- Ten Thousand Villages will donate 15% of all proceeds on November 16 to the district's IB sister school, the Dougbe River Presbyterian School of Liberia.
The local retailer sells fair-trade crafts & housewares from Asia, Africa, Latin America & the Middle East. The fundraiser will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Be sure to mention CH-UH schools at check-out.
The fundraiser is being held in conjunction with International Education Week, November 14-18.
The CH-UH IB World Schools are Roxboro Middle, Roxboro Elementary and Canterbury Elementary.
