April 29, 2016 -- Learn how to create setting and develop characters from accomplished authors and journalists at the Lake Erie Ink Teen Writers Symposium on May 7. The symposium will feature personal narrative writer Charlotte Morgan, realistic fiction author Jeanne Dutton, and journalist Nikki Delamotte. The cost is $5 at the door. Scholarships are available, and it is free for members and current LEI students.
Lake Erie Ink also has several camps lined up for summer. The themes for the creative expression camps include comics, puppetry, playwriting, hip hop and more. Scholarships and sibling discounts are available.
