July 16, 2019 -- The Heights girls golf team is actively seeking new players for the coming season.
"We are looking for middle school and high school girls who play golf or who have an interest in learning. You’ll have long social walks in nature and have fun learning a lifetime sport," said Fiona Connor, the team's new coach. "Try it out and bring a friend. Play two seasons and fulfill your physical education requirement for graduation."
Conditioning dates are July 18, 22, 23 and 25 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Highland Golf Course.
Coach Connor added that there are many college golf teams in Ohio that offer scholarship money, some of which goes uncollected each year.
