Letter to the Senior Class of 2020
Mar. 18, 2020 -- Dear Members of the Class of 2020,

The Administrative Team feels that it is very important for us to communicate with you because we are certain you have many questions about what lies ahead of you for the remainder of the 2020 school year. At this time, we don’t have all the answers, but be assured that as information becomes available, you will be informed.

Most importantly, we know that you have been looking forward to a very special and memorable senior year. You have been studying diligently to successfully complete your classes, working on the graduation pathways, representing Heights High in athletics and the arts, applying to colleges, completing applications for scholarships, and deepening friendships with your classmates. You have earned and deserve the special events that are such an integral part of your senior year: Senior Project, Prom, and Commencement.

We don’t know when we will be back in the high school building. What we do know is that we will do our very best to make sure you experience these well earned and much anticipated senior year milestones. Senior projects may be shortened; the Prom date may be adjusted, and the Commencement venue and date may change, but we will get through this...together.

Please continue to communicate with your teachers to receive any support you need. Complete your assignments/pathway documents. Your counselors, social workers, and the administration team are all available to answer any questions you may have. Remember, finish strong because….

We are TIGER NATION!
