Heights High Senior Hosts Career and Technical Education Series
Aug. 24, 2020 -- Hannah Bradley, Digital Media Student Correspondent and Heights High senior, recently appeared on the WVIZ Ideastream website in the video series The Career Path Taken. The series promotes Career and Technical Education (CTE) as graduates of the various programs reflect upon their high school experiences and provide helpful information to assist students with their experiences. Bradley, a CTE student in the Digital Video Production program, hosts the pre-recorded video series and shares her experiences in the program thus far.

Hannah also participated in a summer virtual academy with PBS, Student Reporting Labs (SRL) where she worked to produce a story on the effects climate changes can have on urban and rural areas, and how the Coronavirus pandemic is affecting bringing awareness to this issue.

The Digital Video Production program is a two-year program offered at Heights through the Career and Technical Education five-school Heights Consortium. Cynthia Booker is the Digital Video Production teacher at Heights High.
