Oct. 9, 2024 -- The Heights Family Resource Center invites the community to the “Rise Through Reflection” interactive family workshop on Monday, October 28 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Author Morris Ervin Jr. will be on hand to teach families how to support personal restoration through mindfulness.
The workshop will allow attendees to enjoy restorative circle dialogue, music & movement, self-reflection, and mindfulness meditation.
