June 28, 2024 -- Joshua Luton has been officially named the Principal of Noble Elementary School, effective July 29, 2024. The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education approved the hiring of Luton at the June 27 Board meeting.

Luton has been with the CH-UH City School District since 2011. He has served the District as a science teacher, dean of students, middle school athletic director, and most recently as assistant principal of Roxboro Middle School.

“Mr. Luton is a caring, collaborative leader who works to ensure equity for all students,” said Superintendent Liz Kirby. “As our first Community Learning Center site, Noble is on a great path, and I look forward to seeing him take the school to new levels of achievement.”

Luton holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Cleveland State University.

“CH-UH means so much to me, so the opportunity to lead Noble is both humbling and exciting,” said Luton. “I look forward to working with our students and staff to accomplish our goals.”
