Additional Chromebook Exchange Nights September 1-2
Aug. 27, 2021 -- The district’s IT Department has brand new Chromebooks for students in grades 6 through 12. Plus, students in grades 3-5 may have devices eligible for an upgrade. If you have not yet exchanged your student’s old device, it is important for you to take action now. Many of our online curricular and testing programs rely on updated technology.

There will be two additional Chromebook Exchange Nights held on Wednesday, September 1 and Thursday, September 2, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; enter through Door #9. The IT Department is located inside the Delisle Options Center at 14780 Superior Road. Parking is in the back of the building off of Washington Boulevard. The IT Department is open for walk in service on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; enter through Door #7.

For students in grades 6 through 12
To receive a new device, bring the old Chromebook, adapter, and case to the IT Department to be exchanged. Prior to coming, all outstanding technology fines must be paid through Infinite Campus or your school’s office to be issued a new device.

For students in grades 3 through 5
All district-issued Chromebooks should be a model Chromebook 11 3180. If your student’s Chromebook is not a 3180 model, please visit the IT Department for an upgrade (check the bottom of your Chromebook to determine the model).

Chromebook Night

For students in grades pre-k through 2
If your student had a Chromebook assigned for at home use for the 2020-2021 school year, it should be returned to the IT Department. Students will continue to have technology, but it will be stored in carts in the classrooms. (The exception is students enrolled in the Tiger Virtual Academy.)
